For joining connect2posts you can choose one of three options, one without any fee, one with a moderate fee, and a mixed model (see at the bottom of this page).
If you want to join without a fee, we will only receive a success fee if you sign contracts within the industry. This is our main objective.
In any case, we will not touch your equity and your company will stay entirly yours.
Startups with solutions for the postal and logistics ecosystem will meet and network with fellow startups, postal and logistics companies, industry partners, and investors. Even though a startup might already be in or has gone through an accelerator program, connect2posts is a community which should bring together the entire postal and logistics startup ecosystem.
Depending on postal companies’ priorities, industry needs, and market trends, the successful conclusion of business contracts, PoCs, or other forms of close cooperation can take 12 to 24 months.
However, with the enormous size of the postal industry, its global reach, its drive for innovation and new technologies, and enormous scale opportunities, the market has a huge potential and a highly attractive size.

For all types of startups, connect2posts provides a community in which they can network with fellow startups, postal and logistics companies, industry partners (suppliers, IT companies, consultancies etc.), academic institutions, or investors.
Ideally, you will agree on pilots and implementation deals with postal or logistics companies, or you will lay the foundation for securing funding from postal or logistics companies (some companies have their own venture division), or from other investors.
At least once per month, connect2posts members will connect online or offline to exchange on specific topics, learn about latest trends in the postal and logistics industry, discuss with representatives of the industry, and present their solutions. The idea is to get valuable feedback, a better understanding of the industry and its needs, and connect to posts, other startups, and industry partners.
connect2posts will align with postal and logistics companies and invite startups to pitch for specific topics/ industry needs that relate to challenges or pain points for which postal and logistics companies are looking for solutions.
At least twice per year, the connect2posts community will meet for one day to deep-dive into networking, pitching, exchanging, and growing together. To these events connect2posts members, postal companies, postal organizations, industry partners, and investors will be invited.
For many years, the Postal Innovation Platform (PIP) organizes the prestigious PIP Startup Innovation Award Competition during the Parcel+Post Expo and Conference. connect2posts is part of PIP and competitions bring attention and visibility to many new startups and their solutions and will thus be an important pillar of the connect2posts activities.
connect2posts will provide opportunities to visit postal and logistics companies, industry organizations, relevant suppliers and other entities which can be important for the understanding of the industry and its needs. In depth discussions with representatives of these entities will help to grow the network and identify concrete opportuities for cooperation.
Networking, Pitching, Exchanging, Competitions and more
Among our many activities we offer startups the opportunity to particpate at startup competitions for the postal- and logistics sector. Such events allow an exchange with industry leaders, and they create significant visibility.

The first option is a simple membership model, whereby startups pay a fee of € 150 per month (€ 1.800,- invoiced annually).
This fee model shall allow all startups to afford the membership, in particular startups which already participate in a startup program, such as an accelerator program, or which have received funding.

The second option offers startups the opportunity to join with a reduced membership fee of €50 per month (€ 600,- invoiced annually) which should be particularly appealing to early-stage startups. Startups pledge a success fee/commission for new contracts and cooperations with a postal or parcel company in the c2p network.
Success fee:
startups will pledge a success fee/commission of €2.500,- for any PoC and €500,-/month for up to 2 years for any deployment, whereby a discount will be applied when the startup makes a one-off payment (€7.500 instead of €12.000 for the 2-year commission period).
