Our in-person events have the objective to enable networking and matchmaking within the industry. They range from our own events within Parcel+Post Expo and our c2p Summit in Barcelona, our startup acceleration bootcamp in collaboration with Beam, sessions at conferences, dinners which we organize with our members at the sideline of relevant industry events, or other activities that help to drive networking and innovation.

In a unique setting in the heart of Barcelona we will meet to network, exchange, and discuss postal and parcel industry relevant topics. Our c2p Summit will bring together leaders of postal and parcel companies, startups, and ecosystem partners to convert innovation into actions.


The event is for free.

We only ask for a contribution of € 185 per person to help cover the costs. This includes lunches, coffee breaks, costs of the venue, and dinner. Places are limited. To reserve your spot, make sure to pay the fee via our Stripe link or ask for an invoice to make a money transfer.

Asia-Pacific Postal Business Forum

Bangkok | 20 - 22 November 2023



After our first successful in-person event at Parcel+Post Expo in Amsterdam we organized another event in to the Asia-Pacific region, in cooperation with the Asia Pasific Postal Union (APPU)..

The theme of the Postal Business Forum was “Innovating with Digital Transformation to Build Resilience in the Postal Sector” where participants discussed the latest innovations, trends, and emerging technologies that are shaping the future of the postal sector. For the first time, a CEO Forum was organized on 20 November in conjunction with the Postal Business Forum. The event brought together CEOs, Post Masters General, and other postal leaders from the region and beyond who shared their visions and insights about the sector and to interact with the stakeholders.


The connect2posts startup showcase on day three of the forum was a major highlight.

Our member-only Virtual Talks (VT) are interactive online sessions that we organize at least once per month. Our VTs enable discussions between executives of the postal and parcel ecosystem, our member startups, as well as c2p ecosystem partners.

Engaging with customers is critical and the way it's done will define how customers view your brand.   In e-commerce, customer engagement will ultimately define which delivery company is preferred by customers.

Many postal and parcel companies have embarked on a transformation strategy with ambitious goals to only use electric vehicles in the future. This is a huge transformation which requires a holistic approach, and CEPs must address several challenges, including fleet composition, electrification and alternative fuels, infrastructure, linehaul solutions, maintenance, etc.
